When a problem occur in our daily lives, majority of us will always complain about it for all day long... Eg: Economy crisis has murdered millions of humans' mind and crushed their hopes merciless, and guess what they are going to do about it? yes, you are absolutely right, COMPLAIN ABOUT IT!!! However, there are minority of the community, can actually achieve a break through of this entire situation... They are the ones who can manage to observe the whole trend of fluctuation and development of the situation... They are the ones who can actually determine the direction firmly and decide which position they want to reach... And they are the ones who can even change the situation (even by little) to suit themselves and aid them in their advances... They are the ones who are calledTHE MINORITY.
In the cases of economic crisis, millions of people loses millions of money and even their job, their position, their career and etc... But, have you ever think of where has all these millions and millions of money gone? Do them vapourised into the air or just float to the sky and disappear? NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Instead, they are entering into someone else's pocket... And obviously, the "someone else" is the Minorities... They brilliantly manipulate the whole market and create a so-called "crisis" and suck all the money into their bank account... After this crisis, people may only blame the society, the country, the companies and whatnots... However, there is an existence of a group of people which are the "Future Minorities"... They react to this situation, become even more aggressive and proactive in everything they do, show people their ability to solve these problems instead of complaining pointlessly.... And this is the kind of people we should be aiming to become because eventually they will become the minority group if they are given sufficient time....
In the cases of school and studies, students always tend to study, study and study without an absolute aim and direction (especially malaysian students)... They strained their brains, energy and everything they have just to get 1 more marks for their exam results... However, in this situation, there is a minority group of people who did not study much as the others do... What they do, is similar to the case mentioned above --OBSERVE... They observe the trend of the student community and determine who are the weak ones and who are the strong ones... They breakout the situation and viewed it in a third person view as if they are not involve in it... After they understand how the system works and fully grasp the pattern of the student community, they decide which direction they want to go and how far they want to achieve, and they act fast... Really fast... They adapt, change, and improve... Most of them change themselves to suit into the situation, but some may even change the whole situation to suit them...
But, HOW THEY DO IT??? AND HOW THEY BECOME THE MINORITY??
These kind of people view the whole situation as an enormous empty grassfield, and with lots and lots of people running on it... Most of the people run aimlessly and without direction... Hence, no matter how hard they run, they may end up at their initial point... The minority spend most of their time observingTHE WHOLE SITUATION before acting... They jump out of the field, and see which spot is their destination... After that, they head only to one and only direction towards their destination... They can easily control their progress and decide how good they want to be in the sense that being the best is not always the best thing to do... They do not complain about anything, but utilize every single crisis as a great opportunity... Crisis is their motivation...
